Small Group Strength Training in Boise

Strength Sessions are small group training programs designed for women who want expert coaching, progressive strength training, and the accountability of training in a supportive environment.

Each group includes 4–6 women and follows a structured training program designed to help you get stronger, build muscle, and stay consistent.

You’ll get the benefit of professional coaching while also training alongside other motivated women.

How It Works

Strength Sessions run in 6-week training blocks with two coached sessions per week.

Each workout includes:

• Guided warm-ups and mobility work
• Progressive strength training
• Glute and accessory work
• Pilates-inspired core training

Because the program follows a structured progression, you’ll continue building strength and improving week to week.

Small group training provides the perfect balance between personal coaching and community support.

You’ll receive guidance on your technique, encouragement from others in the group, and the consistency that comes from having scheduled training sessions.

For many women, this format creates the accountability needed to finally stay consistent with strength training.
