I loved AUND Active, it was a super helpful guide to get back into weightlifting after the biking season. I really enjoyed the workouts and thought they were structured well. I also liked that it was 3 days a week, since I live in California and still mountain bike during the weekends, it was a good balance. I definitely saw improvement with feeling stronger and climbing faster!
